Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Ensigio platform. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Ensigio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Service Description
Ensigio provides AI-powered recruitment assessment tools, including simulation-based evaluations, qualification verification, competency scoring, and analytics dashboards for HR teams and hiring organisations.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the software, upload malicious content, or use the platform for unlawful activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Assessment Integrity
Candidates must complete assessments independently without external assistance. AI-generated scores and reports are decision-support tools and do not guarantee candidate suitability. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the organisation.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Credits are consumed per assessment, AI invocation, and file operation. Unused credits do not roll over. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, simulation modules, and AI models are the property of Ensigio. Assessment content generated for your organisation may be used within your subscription but not redistributed or resold.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ensigio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our retention policy and then permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa unless otherwise agreed in writing.
